Simon entered financial services as a Financial Adviser in 1989 working for Commercial Union. He progressed into Compliance supervision and sales management and joined Legal and General in 2000 as a Key Account Manager. Simon joined Joseph R Lamb in March 2008 as Practice Manager and is responsible for all day to day management aspects of the business.
